1. Go to your local rental store that carries video games. get one out of halo3, the club or other... or get one from GTV IV for 1 month free...

4. well you can go to one of those sites like the other guy said where u fill out surveys and stuff and u get credits. i also use http://www.prizerebel.com/index.php?r=252331 its much better than other sites and its really easy to make money. ive gotten lots of stuff for xbox from here. roboform helps as well. a one year card is about 8 points, and each survey is about 1-2 points, so im sure u can get it in no time. good luck with it.
